As a Backend Engineer you...

  • Build APIs using HTTP REST Standards and API software design patterns
  • Are part of the solutions architecture
  • Work across products with different software stacks
  • Build test suites to support the implementation
  • Troubleshoot and help other teams with backend related topics


You are awesome since you...

  • Are proficient or able to work with PHP and/or node.js
  • Have experience in at least one relational and non-relational database system
  • Show experience in at least one REST framework (Phalcon, Laravel, Symphony, Express)
  • Have experience with 3rd party integrations
  • Master version control systems like git
  • Are able to design systems in a modular and distributed way
  • Guarantee scalability and availability of the solutions
  • Have experience working with solutions based on docker containers
