The job

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production of hardware components with external suppliers, ensuring deadlines and quality requirements are met;

• Coordinate the in-house assembly of systems, ensuring efficiency and quality control;

• Plan and oversee the international logistics and shipping of the final equipment;

• Monitor inventory, orders, and the restocking of critical materials;

• Optimize production and logistics processes to reduce costs and increase reliability;

• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations) and clients to align on technical needs and timelines;

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production and logistics.

Requirements

Who we're looking for:

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management or related field;

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech or hardware sector;

• Solid understanding of assembly processes and inventory management;

• Ability to manage multiple projects and suppliers simultaneously;

• Experience with international shipping and logistics coordination;

• Hands-on, autonomous and problem-solving mindset;

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory).
